Irish Rivals and RMMAU have confirmed their roster for the MMA Super Cup


Team Russia MMA Union has been confirmed to take on Team Ireland, which will be managed by John Kavanagh, head coach and owner of SBG Ireland known for producing some of the best mixed martial arts athletes in the world.

The other pair of quarterfinals in the Russia sub-group is the Ukrainian team against the Arab champions team. In the other sub-group, the host nation team Bahrain will face the Tajikistan team in the quarter-finals, while the Kazakhstan team will face the Balkan champions team.

Following the announcement, the Russian MMA Union revealed the roster for the tournament.

“The team includes both the winners of the World Championship held in Abu Dhabi, as well as the winners of the European Championship in Kazan and the Russian Championship in Kemerovo,” the head coach said. from the RMMAU, Gennady Pavlovich Kapshay. “Today is objectively the best roster, given the pandemic.”

The MMA Super Cup will take place March 8-12 in the Kingdom of Bahrain as part of BRAVE International Combat Week. The week will also feature BRAVE CF 57 where 3 BRAVE CF World Championship titles will be on the line.
